This is the sister store to Bannai Shokudou in Kitakata, Fukushima. Our ramen, which has the authentic flavor of the Kitakata Bannai ramen store, are hand-wrought thick, curly noodles that entangle fatty char siu painstakingly prepared for more than two hours in our store and served in a slow-cooked soup that has a simple tonkotsu flavor.
